MEME
LICENSING

Memes are part of everyday internet culture. They are shared, remixed, reposted, and understood instantly.

Our goal is not to restrict meme culture. It is to make commercial meme usage fairer for the creators whose work helps brands capture attention, feel more native online, and perform better.
Just like music can be used naturally across social media but still requires licensing in advertising, we believe memes deserve the same commercial logic.

ICONIC CULTURE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Yes. We work directly with original creators and verified copyright holders. All meme assets listed on our platform are contractually cleared for commercial licensing. Every asset is reviewed and verified before being made available. We do not license unverified content.
Yes, provided the asset is used strictly within the scope of the purchased license. Each license clearly defines brand scope, platform scope, duration, and commercial limitations. For full legal details, please review our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Any usage outside the defined license terms is considered unauthorized use.
For Standard and Commercial Licenses, the asset must be activated within sixty days after purchase. If no publication occurs within this timeframe, the license expires automatically. Posting the meme after the 60-day period without a valid license constitutes unlicensed use and may expose the brand to copyright infringement claims.
No. The 60-day rule applies only to activation. Once the meme has been posted within the 60-day activation window, it may remain live on your social media account indefinitely. The time limitation relates to activation, not post visibility.
